TamizhConnect provides digital access to curated historical and genealogical records for personal, educational, and research purposes.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Basic Access: £0.00
• Heritage Plus: £15.00 per month
• Pay-per-Click Access: £0.05 per record unlock

Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PaymentSense.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your account settings.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial subscription if no premium content was accessed.
• Pay-per-click purchases are non-refundable, as access is granted instantly.
• Report technical issues to support@tamizhconnect.com within 24 hours.

5. Delivery Policy

All services are delivered digitally via our website and apps immediately after successful payment and sign-in.

6. Ownership & License

All intellectual property remains the property of Tharviyan Limited. You receive a limited, revocable licence for personal use.

7. Liability

TamizhConnect is provided "as is." Tharviyan Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your sole remedy is cancellation.

8. Governing Law
