Pricing Structure

Our pricing is designed to be accessible for individuals and families researching their Tamil heritage, with options that scale for larger organizations.

All subscription plans are recurring and billed at the frequency indicated. Prices displayed during checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes for your region. We use localized pricing based on your IP address or billing address.

Add-on products and services may be offered with different terms, which will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the customer portal link in your subscription confirmation emails.

When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. At that point, your account will automatically revert to the free tier.

For annual subscriptions, you may change to a lower-tier plan, and the adjustment will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or plan upgrade.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@tamizhconnect.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

After the 30-day period, we do not offer prorated refunds for remaining time on your subscription. However, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are not available for add-on products, digital downloads, or services that have already been delivered or consumed.

Pricing Changes

We may update our pricing from time to time. When we do so, we will provide advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will only apply to future billing cycles. Current subscribers will continue on their existing rate unless they choose to upgrade or modify their subscription.

We will never make retroactive changes to pricing that would result in additional charges to your account without your explicit consent.

Taxes

All prices shown include applicable taxes where required by law. For customers in regions where tax is not automatically calculated, you are responsible for determining if taxes apply to your purchase and for remitting those taxes to the appropriate authorities.
